ANTI TACK AGENT (Batch-off release agent)

Anti Tack Agent–Powdered film release agent:

Composition: A mixture of inorganic fillers and active agents.

Appearance: light grayish white powder

Dissolution stability: Dispersible in water and will not settle in a short period of time.

Anti Tack Agent -Paste film release agent:

Composition: Aqueous dispersion of complex fatty acid salt and ultrafine inorganic filler

Appearance: Milky white medium viscosity paste

Density: ~ 1.07g/cm3(20℃)

PH(20℃): 8 ~ 10(diluted with 1:10 water)

Anti Tack Agent–Powdered film release agent

Powdered film release agent can prevent the adhesion between uncured and mixed films during storage. Anti tack agent is composed of inorganic fillers and active agents. Anti tack agent has good wetting and isolation properties for different soft and sticky films. Anti tack agent  can be well dissolved in rubber during rubber vulcanization without affecting its flow and other properties. 

Anti Tack Agent -Paste film release agent

Paste film release agent is an aqueous dispersion of complex fatty acid salts and ultra-fine inorganic fillers. It is used in mixing and extrusion processes to prevent the adhesion of uncured films and semi-finished parts. Paste film release agent makes up for the dust flying of some powdered release agents, can be quickly dispersed in water, and can be used in continuous mixing film dipping operations. The aqueous solution dries very quickly on the surface of uncured rubber sheets or rubber compounds and forms a uniform elastic film to prevent adhesion. During continuous use, Paste film release agent does not generate dust, and will not form precipitation and lumps on the equipment and the surface of uncured rubber compounds, which means that it will not cause production problems in post-processing processes. In the continuous production process, films dipped in Paste film release agent are easier to roll than films dipped in soap solution, and are more convenient to operate.

Anti Tack Agent -Liquid film release agent

Liquid film release agent that can prevent the adhesion of uncured films and semi-finished parts, and can prevent pressureless vulcanized products from vulcanizing together. Release agent liquid film release agent makes up for the dust flying of some powdered release agents (such as talcum powder), and can also prevent water pollution in steam vulcanization. In the continuous production process, films soaked in liquid film release agent are easier to roll than films soaked in soap liquid, and the vulcanization time is shorter. Release agent liquid film release agent is composed of an active agent and a film-forming polymer, which ensures that the release agent can continuously form a film even in batch production with low-temperature flow. A small amount of liquid film release agent mixed in the rubber will not cause processing problems and will not affect the physical and aging properties of the vulcanized products.

Usage of ANTI TACK AGENT (Batch-off release agent)

Anti Tack Agent–Powdered film release agent

The recommended concentration of Anti tack agent is 3.5±1%, which is determined by the temperature of the processing workshop, the composition of the rubber and the Shore hardness of the mixed rubber. Usually in summer and some easy-to-stick rubber, a high concentration should be used, otherwise, a low concentration should be used. Anti tack agent forms an elastic film on the surface of the mixed film, which has a good isolation effect and prevents dust from sticking to the glue, thus avoiding troubles in the post-processing process. Anti tack agent only has a slight soft deposition on the surface of the equipment, which is easy to remove. The product has anti-corrosion properties and does not produce annoying foam when the item is mixed.

Anti Tack Agent -Paste film release agent

Paste film release agent needs to be diluted with water, and the dilution ratio is 1:15-1:20. It needs to be adjusted according to the temperature and the stickiness of the rubber.

It is recommended to lightly stir Paste film release agent before use , or shake the packaging barrel to achieve uniform dispersion. When preparing the release agent, add the release agent to 50-60°C hot water according to the packing ratio, and use a stirring device to stir for 5-10 minutes to obtain a uniform release agent.

Release agent paste film release agent is usually used in the dipping and cooling tank after the unvulcanized rubber is mixed or extruded. Before the rubber is palletized and stored, the release agent solution must have enough time to fully dry on the rubber surface.

Anti Tack Agent -Liquid film release agent

The ratio of isolation agent Liquid film release agent to water is 1:2.5-1:10.

It is recommended to stir LRP-30 before use , or dilute Liquid film release agent in the container with water to achieve uniform dispersion . When diluting with water, add water gradually until the required amount of water is reached.

Release agent Liquid film release agent is usually used in the cooling tank after the unvulcanized rubber is extruded. Before the rubber is stored, the release agent Liquid film release agent needs to have enough time to fully dry on the rubber surface.
