YUSHENG's UHMW-PE Film, crafted using premium-grade raw materials with a molecular weight of up to 9.2 million. This gives it outstanding abrasion resistance, 5.3 times higher than PTFE and 7.5 times more durable than POM. As the most Abrasion-resistant synthetic resin available, it also boasts superior impact strength—twice that of polycarbonate (PC) and five times that of ABS—even maintaining toughness at extreme temperatures of -196°C.
Its low friction coefficient (0.07-0.11) ensures excellent self-lubrication, while its superior chemical stability makes it resistant to corrosive media. Lightweight, hygienic, and non-toxic, UHMW-PE Film is also customizable in terms of conductivity, color, and insulation, making it versatile for a wide range of applications, from food-grade to industrial use.

Application: Anti-adhesion conveyor belt (UHMW-PE on the front), low friction and energy-saving transportation (UHMW-PE on the back).
Process: Lay flat on the surface of the conveyor belt, no adhesive required, no additional process costs, normal lamination/vulcanization, pay attention to temperature and time to prevent blistering.
Advantage: The conveyor belt has a smooth surface and resists adhesion, improving carrying efficiency.
The surface is Abrasion-resistant, cold-resistant, prevents cracking, and extends the service life of the conveyor belt. If used on the back of the conveyor belt, it can reduce the friction resistance with the roller, save energy consumption, have low surface energy, strong hydrophobicity, and is easy to clean.
Process: Direct bonding, vulcanization, no adhesive required.
