CBS (CZ) Rubber Accelerator — High Performance for Superior Vulcanization
CBS (CZ) is a high-activity rubber accelerator with delayed action, excellent scorch resistance, and fast curing performance. The CBS rubber chemical offers safe processing and improved efficiency. For enhanced results, accelerator CBS can be combined with thiuram and dithiocarbamate-type accelerators.

Our high-efficiency CBS rubber chemical comes in durable knitted bags lined with plastic or kraft paper, ensuring safe transit and moisture protection. Each bag contains 2.5kgs of accelerator CBS – the ideal quantity for industrial handling. Custom packaging (weight/size) is available at buyers’ request to match specific production needs.
CBS accelerator for rubber vulcanization is exclusively used as a vulcanization accelerator in the manufacture of rubber goods, such as tires, rubber shoes, rubber tubes, cables and other technical rubber goods. Vulcanization transforms the rubber from the thermoplastic into the elastomeric state at temperatures between 150 and 200 °C. Accelerator CBS is loaded to the rubber in concentrations of 0.5–1% (by weight) but it breaks down during the curing process.
The most important products of rubber industry are automobile tires which take about 2/3 of the total rubber production. The remaining rubber is used for various types of "rubber goods". Of these rubber goods, 65 % of the volume is used in the automotive branch. Accelerator CBS ensures accelerated vulcanization without compromising safety or durability. Request a free sample of accelerator CBS today and experience faster curing, higher tensile strength, and better aging resistance!
